Our process is modular and scalable, using off-the-shelf equipment to enable rapid deployment of production sites. This flexibility allows us to meet the specific needs of various industries and integrate seamlessly into existing supply chains.
Process Details
Feedstock:
Our process can utilize over 200 different types of plastic feedstocks, converting waste materials into valuable CNTs. This not only helps in waste management but also reduces the reliance on virgin materials.
Production:
Using an enhanced version of the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and other techniques, we achieve high yields of CNTs with consistent quality. Our production process also generates hydrogen as a byproduct, which can be used as a clean energy source.
Purity:
We have developed an industry leading approach to purification that allows us to achieve high degrees of purity at scale.
Scalability:
Our modular approach allows for the quick setup of production facilities, capable of scaling to meet large volume demands. This ensures that we can supply high-quality CNTs at competitive prices, supporting the growing market needs.
Sustainability:
By recycling waste plastic and producing hydrogen, our process contributes to a sustainable future. We strive to minimize environmental impact and promote the use of renewable resources in our operations.
Our Production Plant:
Our first plant in Bridgend, Wales, serves multiple purposes, from ongoing process optimization to producing bespoke carbon nanotubes for customer applications. This facility enables us to collaborate with industry partners and scale up production efficiently.
On Site Production:
Our production configuration can easily fit into two shipping containers, allowing us to set up production facilities or ‘microfactories’ wherever they are needed, allowing us to integrate into existing production supply chains. This enables us to reduce shipping costs and fulfillment timelines and deliver nanotubes at up to 66% cheaper than existing wholesale prices.
