Our Cutting-Edge Nanotubes
TrimTabs produces cost-efficient, high performance CNTs. We make specific nanotubes to order. Our most basic configuration are multi walled armchair nanotubes which we hold on standby for immediate fulfillment of samples. These can be supplied in powder form or dispersed in solvents for applications in batteries.

Configurations Made to Order:
TrimTabs specializes in the synthesis of ultra long single walled nanotubes and nanotubes with nitride groupings for specific applications. We partner with commercial organizations to develop specific configurations to integrate with their products. If we are unable to provide a desired configuration off the shelf from our inventory, we undertake a consultation process to design nanotubes perfectly suited to your performance requirements. Our process is designed so that, as soon as we understand your needs, we can deploy scaled production to produce your specification to quantities up to 60 tonnes per annum. Case Studies:
Case Study 1: Nanotubes to enhance next generation battery technology
TrimTabs was tasked by a leading battery manufacturer to create nanotubes tailored to their manufacturing process. After a period of research, we produced a batch that was highly dispersive in solvents, allowing an increase in their production speed of batteries and higher performance. This led to a 20x increase in order quantity, making TrimTabs their preferred supplier.
Case Study 2: Nanotubes to enhance electrical transmission cables
TrimTabs was tasked by an international electrical cable manufacturer to explore the use of nanotubes in their production process. Working in partnership with their research team, we devised a way to integrate nanotubes into their process to allow rapid heat dissipation within their wires allowing optimal performance.
Case Study 3: Upcycling; Ostomy bags to CAT5 data cable
TrimTabs partnered with Salts Healthcare, an international medical supply company to reprocess excess and defective equipment into finished nanotube products. Using our patented technology, we turned the waste plastic into high-performance Cat 5 cable capable of transmitting data at speeds greater than 100 Mbps.
